It has been another busy and exciting year in real estate for Tetherow. Over $70,000,000 of property has changed hands and the project has reached critical mass and truly become a full-fledged resort community. Developer positions in land are becoming quite scarce and the resale of both homes and land is becoming the dominant factor in the sales volume.
