Fall 2015 Housing Market Update Tetherow Bend Oregon

Fall is upon us after another spectacular year at Tetherow! On the resort side, progress has been stunning. Coming in the summer of 2016, Tetherow members and guests will have a new, cutting-edge recreation center, pool, and wine bar housed in the heart of the resort. The recreation center will feature fitness and cardio capabilities, a movement studio and a fully functioning spa. Perhaps most exciting for me is to witness the continued growth of the club culture with almost 350 members. Club activities and events are growing, ranging from wine tours in Washington to birding presentations in Tetherow.

On the real estate side, we are seeing a continuation of the market-leading sales volume and progress. In the last twelve months, there have been 48 homesites sold/under contract with an average price of $292,896, 12 homes sold/pending with an median price of $1,160,953, and 18 townhomes sold/under contract with an average price of $690,432.

We still have incredible opportunities to make Tetherow home. We have homesites from $217,350, Tetherow Cabins from $559,000 and are about to release the Tetherow Vacation Homes starting right around $700,000.
