In early December we received a call from the owner, a past client, telling us she had made a contingent offer on a home close to her kids in McMinnville and was hoping we could meet the deadlines to make this next step of her life a reality.

We worked around December weather to coordinate photography and hit the MLS by 12/22 to meet the contingent offer requirements. This gave us 3 weeks to get an accepted offer in place!
