This was a modern, one-owner home in a coveted section of Tetherow bordering the National Forest. The owners had moved out of state once school let out in June, and were willing to invest in preparing the house for an optimal sale, but it was a race against the clock to ensure the home was ready for sale before the potential for seasonal smoke and doldrums of summer set in.
 
We worked closely with the sellers to provide a myriad of contractor referrals and employed a shared progress spreadsheet to track improvements in real-time. Immediately following repairs and improvements, our team descended to facilitate the next steps: staging, flowers, evening and daytime photos, long-form video, social media content, collateral, and onsite materials, as well as finalizing the key sales tactics when hosting showings at the home.
 
The result was 19 showings across 5 days, resulting in two competing offers and one escalation clause driving the price over asking. Ultimately the seller selected an offer and closed in two weeks.
