For over 20 years, Erik has worked in real estate learning the craft of an industry that is ever changing. What makes Erik unique is his tremendous experience in the valuation of properties after appraising real estate for two decades. His knowledge of value, of nuances in the market and of trends enable a buyer or seller to feel educated and confident in their choice. He has worked in resort communities in Colorado and Oregon and built a resume that benefits buyers, sellers, lenders, property managers, construction managers and real estate boards.
 
Erik is honest, hardworking and ethical almost to a fault. His goal is to educate his clients with relevant data and enable them to make sound decisions. Growing up in Maine, Erik learned to appreciate the lake and ocean lifestyle, but it was his time living in the high country of Colorado that cemented his love for mountains and playing outdoors! Married to a 2nd grade teacher and raising two teenagers in Bend, their family enjoys the biking, skiing, hockey, dirt biking and amazing lifestyle the great state of Oregon offers.
