We are giving this an example on its own, although we would argue that marketing drives every one of our sales. It is the reason we have two full-time marketing specialists on the team. We chose to highlight this one since we were able to leverage the marketing, storytelling, and exposure to such a high level. The buyer pool for a home like this was extremely specific and so we needed to appeal to the aspects that a buyer like this would appreciate. We brought the builder on screen to discuss the vision and inspiration for the home, the technical aspects to the construction and systems, and the choice of materials. We then leveraged this into various social cuts, digital ads, full-length videos, and TV commercials and even got it picked up in print publications. All of this led to the right buyer seeing it and falling in love and getting an accepted offer within a week, which is no small feat for a home over $4M.
